Bounty: Whenever you, as a pirate, perform an act that may warrant a bounty of any kind, the event must be reviewed and the bounty amount approved by an Admin before it is made official. Simply PM any available Admin and direct them to the event or summarize it for them, along with an estimated Bounty amount.

Marine Ranks: Information on Ranks

World Government Ranks: The World Government is a political organization comprised of the majority of the world at large, ruled by the Five Elder Stars. It was established 800 years ago. The Marines serve as their primary military organization, headed by the Fleet Admiral, while the Cipher Pol operate behind the scenes, either through sabotage, reconnaissance, spying, espionage and/or assassination; their most powerful enemies are largely pirates and revolutionaries.

  • Five Elder Stars: TheFive Elder Stars are the heads of the World Government, and as such, they essentially rule the entire world. They are the five men who rule above the Marines, Cipher Pol, and the ones who made a pact with the Warlords.
  • World Nobles: The World Nobles, also known as the Celestial Dragons are the descendants of nineteen of the Twenty Kings who established what is now known as the World Government
  • Cipher Pol: The various Cipher Pol cells are stationed throughout the world and investigate for the World Government. They supplement the Intelligence Branch of the World Government's Marine forces, but seem to operate more as a counter-insurgency agency that also has more general law enforcement duties. If they encounter pirates, they will apprehend them, but, as an agency, Cipher Pol seems to focus more on political threats to the World Government than more generic criminals.
  • Seven Warlords of the Sea: The Warlords are an organization of seven pirates turned privateers in the service of the World Government. Although they work for the World Government, the Warlords themselves do not care about or respect the Government or even other Warlords, and are often considered by the Marines to be no different from any other pirate. On the other hand, they are known as "government dogs" and are despised by other pirates, but are still feared and respected for their infamous reputation and strength which they gained before, and even after they become Warlords.

Fighting Styles
Weapon/Devil Fruit Techniques: Whenever you gain more experience with a weapon, your character may develop a special move that he or she can use with that weapon or Devil Fruit. Usually in One Piece, techniques or attacks have names. For example, Zoro's Third Sword Style: Oni-Giri, or Robin's Devil Fruit attack Tres Fleur. Each attack can be stylized however you wish and even named using a different language like how Robin uses French to name her attacks.

For each attack, simply name the attack and give a detailed description of the attack. Please leave room for progression and allow room for error and improvement with attacks.

Six Powers: The Six Powers are highly advanced techniques that CANNOT be learned through experience, they must be taught from someone who is an expert in the Six Powers. Usually taught to/by Marines.

  • Moonwalk: This technique allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.
  • Iron Body: This technique hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces.
  • Finger Pistol: This technique is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound.
  • Tempest Kick: This technique is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body. However, it has been shown that almost any length of appendage (such as a tail or neck) at high velocities are also capable of this move.
  • Shave: This technique allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye.
  • Paper Arts: This technique makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper.
  • Six King Gun: This is the secret and ultimate technique of the six techniques. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave and causing massive internal injuries.

Haki: Another fighting style that CANNOT be learned through experience, it can only be taught by an individual with expertise in Haki. Haki is a mysterious power that is found in every living being in the world. It is not that different from the normal senses. However, most people do not notice it or fail to awaken it. Your main character CANNOT learn Haki until they attempt to/reach the New World. NPCs are the only exception, but very limited.

  • Observation Haki: The most common usage of this Haki allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. The user can also use this Haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack much easier to evade with enough skill.
  • Armament Haki: This Haki allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. Similar to Iron Body, this Haki allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Naturally this "invisible armor" can be used as a weapon to strike others with. It can be used to augment the user's own attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. This type of Haki also has the ability to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, touching the "substantial body" beneath whatever protection the fruit provides, such as the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Logia or Paramecia users
  • Conqueror's Haki: This Haki is a rare form of Haki that cannot be attained through training. Only one in a million people have this ability. This type of Haki grants the user the ability to dominate the wills of others. The most common usage in the series so far is knocking those with weak wills unconscious. Whilst inexperienced users are restricted to merely overpowering the will of one individual or blindly knocking out weak-willed people around them, those with more expertise can pick out weak-willed individuals in a large group and knock them out without affecting those around them. However, those with stronger wills can resist or even ignore the effects of Conqueror's Haki.

Weapons/Items: The World of One Piece generally takes place around the mid-1700s (roughly). However, due to the fact that some islands on the Grandline are disconnected to the rest of the world, some islands are far behind in technology, while others are far advanced in technology that they are making Cyborgs and dangerous chemical weapons.

Generally though most weapons are swords, muskets, cannons, and any other bladed weapon or blunt objects. Within the World of One Piece, there do exist special weapons that are said to house powerful spirits that can increase the destructive power of a bladed weapon or musket. However, these are few and far between.

Also, typical cannonballs have been filled with explosive power that cause the cannonballs to explode on impact or after a certain time-frame (couple seconds after being fired.).
